New Security Rules
As from 20th April 2009 according to the rules of ICAO and ECAC there will be some limitations for the airway passenger’s belongings during the flight as cabin/hand bags and liquids inside those bags.
- Passengers can carry just one plastic bag. Product inside the bag must be maximum 100 mililiter.
- It`s not allowed to pass from security point if the products cover bigger than 100 milliliter regardless of the amount.
- Passengers must show the liquids inside their handbags at the last security point and put separately to the X-Ray equipment.
- There will be no liquid limitation for check-in suitcases.
- Passengers with the baby can carry baby food and milk sufficiently and if there is a compulsory situation of medicine using passengers can carry medicines sufficiently in their original packages.
- All kind of liquids includes water, syrups and alcohols, all kind of makeup equipment (except hard lip rouges) includes cream, lotion, oils (includes cosmetic oils), perfumes and mascara, and additional shaving foam, deodorants, tooth paste and all pasty materials, jam, honey, yogurt, sauce, syrup, shampoo, contact lens liquids and other similar materials are included to the limitation.
- Liquid products purchased from duty free or in the plane will put into the special bag by attendant and top of the bag must be glued. Receipt will check before the bag taken into the plane.
- If there is a flight transferring from the other airport the special duty free bag must not open until arriving to the last arriving point. Otherwise bag will be seized in the transferring airport.
