Minimum Rental Period
Minimum rental period is 3 days.
Delivery
Free delivery all over Northern Cyprus when hired 7 days and over.
Insurance
Price with compulsory CDW includes comprehensive car insurance with no Excess.
Vehicle Damage
Tyre and wheel damage punctures, lost wheel trims, missing fuel caps, broken aerials, loss of any parts, tools, radio, lenses, mirrors and interior damage are not covered by insurance or CDW and in these cases the hirer is liable for the total cost of repair or replacement.
Driving Licence
Tourists from other countries must produce an international driving licence (domestic driving licence is valid in Cyprus) the driver must have a satisfactory driving record.
Age
The driver must be over 25 years old, except by special arrangements.
Drivers
Only the hirer, or other person pre-approved by our supplier at the time of rental are permitted to drive. Each extra driver should take out a separate insurance cover and pay the extra charge. Road map of North Cyprus is supplied free of charge.
Substitution
We reserved the right to substitute type and make of car under circumstances beyond our control.
Ercan Airport Offices
When hired seven days or over, cars may be collected or returned to our offices at Ercan Airport at no extra cost. Cars can be delivered to Ercan for periods less than seven days for an extra charge equal to one days rental.
Servicing
Our cars are serviced in our own fully equipped garage. After each rental period our cars go through our diagnostic and service tune-up centre and each car is thoroughly cleaned inside and out. Just drive away and enjoy your holiday in our Paradise island.
Part fueled on pick up
Your car will be partially fueled on pick up - you must pay £10 cash when you collect the car for this service.
Rental Period Extension
If an extension to the initial rental period is required, this must be requested and paid for in advance otherwise the client is uninsured and unauthorised to drive the car.
Availability
We have a limited number of cars available at these rates. Please note at peak seasons (most notably school holidays) we can't guarantee car availability and recommend booking very early. You should book at least 72 hours before you car is required.
Booking
No booking will be accepted or guaranteed until our suppliers have confirmed availability and full payment has been received.
Confirmation
IAH will confirm your booking within 36 hours on working days but at weekends or over holidays confirmation may take longer.
Disclosure
You must inform us if you are under 26, do not hold a full international driver's licence, have lost points on your licence or have had any past driving convictions. IAH will pass this information onto the rental company and it's insurers so they can check if you are eligible for rental. If you fail to disclose this information to IAH, no refunds on bookings will be given.
